Enquiry informationTHE DELIVERABLES
An assessment of how much capital is needed, when it is required and what supports repayment or investor returns.
A comparison of relevant routes and available offers, considering cash flow, ownership, obligations and downside scenarios.
A written summary of the analysis, information gaps and work required before taking the next step.
ENGAGEMENT
Each project would begin by establishing the objective, information available and specific output required. Scope and fees would be agreed in writing before work begins.
A review does not guarantee a funding offer. It is separate from arranging a transaction, lender introductions or conducting a capital raise.
Legal interpretation, tax advice and any regulated activity require the appropriately qualified or authorised professional. The review scope would identify where that input is needed.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Creative businesses, artists, rights owners and their business managers, accountants or other advisers who have a specific capital decision to assess.
That is part of the proposed service. The scope would define which offer terms, economic scenarios and alternatives are being assessed.
The launch proposition is a Capital Review. Transaction arranging and capital raising are not included in this draft service.
Fees have not yet been published. A fixed project fee would be agreed against a defined scope before an engagement begins.
The service is preparing to launch. The enquiry channel and service provider details will be published when available.
